I love window shopping don't you? There's lots to see in Miss Ann's windows this month! I don't know how she does it, but do know she is meticulous with her window dressings. Each vingnette is a work in and of itself.

There is lots more to see inside the store--come on down and fill your eyes full of eye candy!

Miss Ann and Company are gearing up for their monthly sidewalk sale this weekend (Friday May 6th and Saturday May 7th). Remember Mother's day is this Sunday, so if you've got a mama who loves antiques or collects a certain kind of pretties come into Miss Ann's and find that something special, or purchase a gift card and let mama pick her own gift out (trust me...us Mama's LOVE that).

Miss Ann was super busy helping customers today when I popped in, so her adorable hubby Mr Bobby graciously gave me the tour and pointed out all the new stuff for me to share with all of Miss Ann's blog visitors. It rained here tonight so I didn't get to take photos of the most recent window displays, but promise to do that soon. I also have some more photos from this visit to share and will post those tomorrow night.

Hello everyone
Please join us for our March Sidewalk Sale this weekend March 18th-20th. We've got some awesome deals for you both indoors and out, so make plans to come on down. It'll be a great weekend to be out and about. The weather will be gorgeous, Miz Tina's fleamarket will be full of sales, her tent gypsies will be out in full force AND we've got THREE restaurants in town now-- two of them are right there on main street!!!

Miss Ann and her crew have been sprucing up and getting ready for their big indoor/sidewalk sale (March 18th-20th). I did a "virtual" shop with my camera, so I could show you all some of the pretties! There are lots of sales going on now in various booths...I (Miz Carla) picked up an awesome pair of glass candlesticks in Debra's booth for only 5 bucks!

Miss Ann has the fleamarket dressed up for V A L E N T I N E S day, with little bits of Mardi Gras and Presidents day tossed in for good measure. I love the way these fleamarket Maven's minds work! Will have to wait until after dark to get good photos of the lovely window displays, but for now here are some shots of pretty things inside.

Miss Ann has been hard at work with the merry-making in the flea market, and I have been eagerly anticipating the taking of these photographs! Look how beautiful her window displays are!! But trust me when I tell you the photos are nothing compared to viewing them in person.

Our annual sidewalk sale was a huge success. So we are extending our sale this week November 1st through November 6th. This will be the weekend that Junkin' on main will have their huge sale too!!! Bargins can be found both inside Miss Ann's Fleamarket. Several vendors inside have 20-40% mark downs in their booths. The Christmas rooms are full of decorating items to deck your halls, and some Christmas items can be found in the sidewalk sale.

Things that would make great gifts for just about anyone on your gift list. I don't want to scare anyone, but did you all know there are only 81 days till Christmas? Can you believe that? eeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkk!!

If you know someone who collects a certain thing...a great gift would be an addition to their collection. That's the great thing about shopping in flea-markets/antique stores...you can find just about ANYTHING!

Miss Ann would like to let you know that she is now selling gift cards. If you have a person on your gift list who loves shopping flea markets a gift card from Miss Ann's would make the perfect gift! Also, she has a brand new credit card terminal and wants everyone to know that she can accept major credit cards.

Everywhere you look in Miss Ann's flea market you'll see something that takes you right back to another time. Perhaps you recognize Nana's china pattern, or maybe Grannie had that same lamp in her sitting room--whatever it is...there is something to be said about being surrounded by vintage pretties...things that have stood the test of time stand proudly on display in the flea market, waiting for that perfect someone to fall in love with it, take it home and cherish it just like when it was brand spankin new. There are lots of things I'd like to take home with me that I've seen in Miss Ann's shop and if you've visited recently you know it's true. Here is just a small sampling of stuff that (to me) fits the bill when one thinks "vintage".

Hello Yellow!

If yellow is your color--you'll find a wide array of it in Miss Ann's flea market. Look at all the pretty yellows my lens caught the other day.

Isn't that yellow dining room table and chairs fabulous? I've never seen another set like it before. Very unique!

And that little yellow bistro set, how cute would that be in a child's play house, or a tiny corner of a shady garden? Ahhh the possibilities....flea market shopping is so much fun!

THE COLOR PINK! I love the color pink--it's so soft, soothing, feminine and fun. I'm serving up a (small and dainty) but satisfyingly sweet helping of eyecandy for your viewing pleasure. Eyecandy is the only candy I know of that you can have all you want without gaining a pound!

Hello Visitors!
My name is Miz Carla and Miss Ann has asked me to help her out with her blog. I'll be acting as a "correspondant" to keep you up to date on all the "goings on" at Miss Ann's flea market. The fun part for me will be sharing photos of all the beautiful offerings and creative vignettes Miss Ann and her vendors have.

Today I walked around with my trusty camera snapping pictures of different things that caught my eye, after doing this for awhile I decided the most "FUN" way to share with you what I was enjoying in real life would be to "shop" for colors, so off I went to find things in pinks, reds, creams, blues etc... In this post you'll be seeing beautiful blues, from deep dark cobalts, to the lightest...babiest of blues (swoon)!! Sit back and let your eyes feast, but please don't be mad at me if you get a sudden craving for blueberry pie or muffins.
